Three people have been charged with subjecting children between the ages of four and 12 to sexual abuse between 2012 and 2016, according to a statement from the Oneida City Police Department.
The charges come after a lengthy investigation, a grand jury indictment and joint searches by the US Marshals Service and the New York State Police.
The two agencies located Tanaia Graham, 36, on Wednesday in Syracuse. She was charged with two felony counts of rape, arraigned in Madison County Court and incarcerated in the Madison County Jail on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bail.
Theodore "Teddy" Presley III, 41, was previously located on November 22 in Watertown. He has been charged with two counts each of predatory assault against a child, first-degree sexual conduct against a child and second-degree assault, all felonies. He was arraigned and remanded to the Madison County Jail on $500,000 cash bail or $1 million bond.
Johnathan Presley, 42, turned himself in the same day and was charged with one count of predatory assault on a minor and one count of first-degree sexual conduct against a minor, both felonies. He was arraigned and remanded to the Madison County Jail on $100,000 cash bail or $500,000.
All three people are scheduled to appear in Madison County Court at later dates, the release said.
